Well-meaning though they may be, friends and family members may think that they know what is best for you, and their ideas often conflict with what the individual thinks is best for you. As a interested individual, you can free yourself from expectations imposed on you by others. Coaching can help you to do too much, and pave a way for you towards what you would really like to be doing, and what gives you the most satisfaction. Often coaching helps find that it is not what they are currently doing at all. People sometimes spend their entire lives doing what they are told that they should do, what their parents expect of them, or what they think that society expects of them. Those who only do what they feel like… do not do much. To be successful at anything you must take actions even when you do not feel like it.

In recent decades, the number of individuals who need coaching directly or indirectly has skyrocketed, but with the factor of time management there is a need for coaching through online-coaching. Surveys indicate that more than half of the population is not satisfied with their lives. Some are disillusioned, feeling that they have put value to them, and subsequently come to the conclusion that they owe themselves some loyalty. Others want the independence and flexibility that coaching offers with the help of online-coaching, and enjoy facing new challenges and responsibilities. Whatever the reason, the trend is evident. Perhaps this is one reason why so many are turning to online- life coaching, as both coaches and online-coaches.
