The key risk was exposure to long working hours and use of equipment and machines – linked to approximately 750,000 deaths. Workplace exposure to air pollution (particulate matter, gases and fumes) was responsible for 450,000 deaths.

Furthermore, in order not to be part of such witnessing of work-related accidents or incidents in the business, it is imperative for every employer to provide his employees an Occupational Safety and Health training so as to reduce or even eliminate as much as the possibility of those accidents or incidents at the business places. Only the management of the business can do something about it as contribution to the smooth running of the business. There is this saying that ” Prevention is better than cure” and that is what your business should be about since the business cannot afford to be running  without some or most of its skillful employees due to the reasons only-known to the management of the business .
